I run the coaxial version of the second one in my rear. Sounds pretty nice.

ARC makes great quality amps but dont hear much about the comps and caox.
They are (were) Rainbow's rebadged.
So, they are fairly high quality.
Maxima is SOLD.
New project COMING SOON!
Supposedly, claims Arc. I always wanted to know the truth about the new 6000 set if it's really "in-house." I'm willing to bet that their definition of "in-house" would be different, usually how it is. I tell ya what, the new set sounds 100x better than the older '06-'07 models for sure regardless of who makes it, and the older set sounded pretty **** good too.
As far as the Foose comps and Kar, you can pretty much figure those are off shelf stuff. Sounds good for the price, though. Won't be disappointed.
I purchased ARC ACS-265 Passive Crossovers off ebay (for next to nothing).
Molded into the plastic on the back they say "rainbow MADE IN GERMANY"
Just hooked up some of the FD6000 6.5" components up to a JL e4300 bridged @ 4 ohms (150watts x2) and it sounds pretty **** good.
Yup, ACS-265
