HELP trying to set up my amp and subwoofer

alright so i got a 3 cu ft box with a 15 re audio sx subwoofer my amp is a hifonics 2008d the spec for it are 4ohm=650rms 2ohms=1300rms 1ohm=2000rms my sub is a dual voice coil 2ohms how can i setup up so that my amp can give it full power but not mess up my sub or amp trying to squeeze the maximum bass without wrecking any thing Thanks
