For $189 at onlinecarstereo.com u could get a set of diamond audio hex series s500s with silk tweeters. I recommended the kickers.cause I used to have a cheap set and they sounded great but I also had the diamonds I mentioned above and they even sounded way better than the kickers.

my diamond hexes are amazing, i wouldn't give them up for anything right now under $300.
For $200 you can get the Pioneer Premier ts-c6720prs set....they sound great.

I personally enjoy my Hertz Audio ESK165's. They get loud, aren't harsh while doing it, and can take a ridiculous amount of power. (granted, the more power, the more distorted. But they can take it.)
EDIT:: Reading > me. I didn't see the 5.25" part. Not sure if Hertz has a 5.25" comp set.
