Icon32 Infinity speakers for 1995 towncar

I am going to replace the speakers in the doors of my 1995 towncar. which is a better choice the 5x7/6x8 that is what's there now or is the 6.5 inch round speaker better. I am going with the Infinity reference speakers either way. Which speaker gives better sound quality. I have a sony hu with 23.2 rms . Thanks

I would opt for the 6.5's...

go into the door and double check the size of the speaker. I went to go replace mine out(car is in the sig), and it turns out that 6.5" really means 6.2"
