Budget?
If you want to go inexpensive, your best bang-for-buck would be a pair of Phoenix Gold RSd65cs component speakers, about $90 shipped, and a Profile amp, about $100 shipped.
If you want to spend more, some nice speakers can be had from Rainbow or Hertz in the $250-$400 range, and there are plenty of high quality amps in the $200-$300 range.

the PGrsd or Polk's in that same price range.
I feel you should spend the money on a decent set. You can pick up some CDT CL series for less than $200 and they blow away anything in that price range. You can pick up an Alpine amp with nice clean power on Ebay for lees than $150 bucks Hit up Exige on here he is a CDT dealer with great prices.
HU- Alpine CDA-9831
Sub-RE Audio-SR12”
Amps- Alpine MRV-F450 & MRD-M301
Speakers- CDT CL-62, 2 way comp. & CL-6 Midrange

Don't forget the TS-D1720C or TS-D720C. Run you about $120ish. Just throwing out another option for you....

Then in that case, how about:
Speakers: Rainbow SLC 265 for $200-$250, depending where you buy them, or the Kick version for $50 more
Amp: Cadence TXA-3002 for $129
Wiring: Knu KLM 4-gague kit for $27

Those Pioneer Premiers are a fine choice as well.

Can't go wrong with the Rainbow's, imo. Get the Kick versions.
Forget the rears for now... just remove what's back there altogether and let the sub take care of things in the back. Run with only sub+fronts for a month or two, as I find it's best to be able to set your soundstage and imaging most accurately in this manner. If you still feel the need to have some full range speakers in the rear after this time, then get some decent coax's.
