Looking for speaker recommendations. pls chime in

I am looking for the loudest and cheapest 5 1/4 coaxial speaker out there. This will be powered by stock radio amp in a bmw 325ci.

This is for my sisters car so yes, she does want rear speakers. I tried explaining it to her about rear speakers, but its like telling a child they cant have soda.

She blew the hell out of the rear speakers so now she wants a cheap fix. Preferably around 100.00 for the coax.

Anyways, pls keep the replies just for speaker recommendations and non other.
