Help with speaker power and amp.

I am looking into getting a AMP to power my Alpine type R's. They are rated at 100w RMS and 330 Max. Now i can get a sweet deal on a 5 channel amp that puts out 130w x 4 RMS and 400w x 1.

My question is will this amp be too powerful for the speakers? and should i look for a 5 channel rated 100w RMS or under per channel or can you adjust the amp some how to handle the watts (like no cranking the amp all the way up) or 130 rms should be fine for those alpines? Any help woudl be appreciated.
