    Constant Thump For Subs

Im getting a constant thumpin sound from the subs, even when the radio volume is on 0. the protection light on the amp isnt on, so does it mean my subs are blown?

I Replaced The Rca's, and checked the ground wiring.

If It Is The HU, Is There A Shop That'll Replace It, Or Do I Need To Get A Whole New HU?
