    Mixing Tweeters?

    I'm looking for a little bit more sound in the high department. Would it be a bad idea to throw a completely different brand of tweeters in my car?



    2003 Ford Explorer
    System:
    Head Unit: Alpine IVA-205
    Front speakers: Diamond D6 comp
    Rear speakers: Diamond D6 coax
    Speaker amp: Alpine 100x4
    Subs: 2 12' Diamond D9s
    Amps: 2 Diamond D61000.1; one on each sub
