would it be worth the extra cash to go with the CDT CL-51A /CL-51A-25PRO's... or just go with the PG RSD's?
I need 5.25" for my stock door location.
Will be powering them with the Cadence TXA-3002

I thought the RSD's were only 6.5"s, but I could easily be very wrong
I heard a set of RSD's, and they kick the crap outta my alpines, which I thought sounded good. I'd just save the cash and go with the rsd boner if I were you, but I've never heard/seen the CDT's though

After all Ive been reading the Rsd would be the way to go, for the price. I think I might buy a set myself.
I've heard the Classic series from CDT aren't that good. I'd just go with the RSDs.

I've had both. Currently running the PG. The midbass on the RSD's are 10X that of the CDT. I like the CDT tweets better, but just marginally.
I say RSD hands down. Plus they can take more abuse.
EDIT: I should mention that I am running 6.5
sounds like the RSD's are they way to go.. 'preciate it
Same exact thing I have been wondering, except I am kind of looking at the CDT EF-61FG, which are better than the classics.

what else have i been so "vocal" about? lol
i just think for $87 they are amazing, especially amazing that they are surviving on an amp that can deliver 300+ watts a side to them active. rated at 60 watts rms for the set run passive but yet surviving 300 watts active for $87. what other set for $87 can do that?
