Would it be OK to run the Rainbow Germanums active off a pair of Zapco 200.2 (50x2) for the tweeters and Zapco 360.4 (up to 180x2) for the mids? I know I'll be losing the advance passive xover, but its just a thought ATM.

should be fine, active doesn't require that much power compared to passive. That sounds about right for an active set up

I've decided to power the Germaniums using the 360.4 bridged (180x2) so I can utilize the advanced xover. I'd be stupid not to use one of the most important aspects of that component set.
