Need help with current set up ? ? ?

I have a Pionner DEH-5900IB, Polk Audio DB690 6x9's and kenwood 6.5" speakers. The 6x9's are pushing out the bass and everything out the tweeters and i dont wanna ruin them cause it doesnt sound very good. Is there a way i can fix this? Or am i worrying for nothing and it wont harm them any?

Get a 4-channel amp and subs and bi-amp... two channels on sub(s), front two channels on front speakers for mids and highs. Disconnect the rears. Will make a world of difference.
