    Component Speaker Wiring

I am going to install my first set of components in my car this weekend. I have PG RSD's and will be powering them with a profile ap1000 amp. I installed my sub and sub amp myself, but am a little confused on the wiring for the components and their amp. Could someone give me a diagram or explain to me the wiring between the HU, amp, and crossover? BTW, I searched a long time on here and found nothing that answered all my questions.

    What I did have...

    00 Bonneville SSei
HU - JVC KD-S100 w/ Digital Power Station
    Front - Phoenix Gold RSD6.5CS
    Front Amp - Profile AP1000
    Sub - 12" Diamond Audio D9
Sub Amp - Phoenix Gold X600.1
    Rear Fill - JVC 6 x 9's
    RAAMMAT

What do I do with the factory speaker wire in the door?
