So I open up the package and immediately see a crack on one of the speakers..
Anyone know how bad that crack would effect the performace of the speaker?

Was that from the shipping handlers or the person you bought it from? Either way, I'd be talking to someone about that.

I'm thinking the crack was already there? I don't think it was damaged during shipping, the box was packed up pretty good. I didn't have any shipping insurance on it so if the company decides it was the handlers fault, I'm screwed
I'm actually talking to a customer service rep right now..oh well, we'll see what happens
