    Can Polk Audio MMC6500 comps handle 200W RMS?

    Just wanting to know if anyone has given a set of these 200W RMS a side with the original crossovers with any success?

    Like Andy Jones on Sounddomain always says, "If you have a volume knob, and common sence, you'll be fine." And he's competing SQ with 600wrms to each of the fronts (I believe).

    just keep the gains set right. I pushed 150 to my SPX's rated at 75, no problems

    The polks are pretty good but they are not designed for that at all. The guy that pushes 600 watts prob has 14 thousand doller speakers.
