Mtx thunder axe hi end components.

Hey guys, sum advice pls, how do these comps rate compared 2 audiophile brands, cos on the mtx site, there's a head 2 head with these mtx's, up against mb q's pce 213, and focal k2p, the test makes the other brands look far inferior, what's u guys take on these comps. Pls help me with this lil situation. Thanx

Well they are comparable. I like the sound of the focals but the mtx seem to be built a bit better and sturdier. Id say the 3 are all pretty close.

Better spec not always means sounds better.

I bet you could get a great deal on the MTX. I am sure they will be fine.

Gee, you think that on MTX's site the head to head would make them look inferior? That would be a marketing trick now wouldn't it.

However, I haven't heard the MTX's but I don't like the sets they are comparing them to very much.
