    I've heard both and the JL TR's sounded more detailed from what I was able to gather.

    Ive heard JL speakers a few times along with Eclipse at the same shop and have heard both pairs of speakers, id personally pick JL, if u wana hear those Eclipses i think circuit city has em, but i wouldnt get anything done at CC most of the circuit citys have idiots working in the audio dept, go to a local shop or install it yourself

    My vote would be for JL. I have never been disappointed with any of their lines of speakers.
