180w x 2 too much/little 3-way passive?

I'm going to be pushing around 180w x 2 rms to my UR36i 3-way comp set(passive) instead of the current 50w x 2. The 3-way set is rated for 100w rms and 160w MAX. But I've known people to push well more then 200w rms to passive sets, especially 3-way. Do you think it'll be too much or little power or just about right?

If you are going to have a high pass crossover around the typical 80 hz range, the speakers (and crossovers) should handle roughly twice the rated power (Remember, your speakers are rated full range).

Ah I see.. I'm already running them at 180w per channel seems to be talking it rather well.. Very well actually.
