i want to know wut are the best kicker speakers for my brother's car , what are the loudest 5 1/4" kicker speakers (component or not) and i want to know what are the loudest 6 x 9s , everything in the car is going to be kicker except for the headunit of course ..get back at me thanks in advance....

I wouldn't say that the SS component sets are the loudest. They do sound the best of out of them all but honestly, it is hard to be the loudness of the RS component sets and definately the KS. I remember last year when they redesigned the ks and they got crazy loud. Didn't sound all that good but were really loud.

do they need an amp to make them loud because my brother needs an adapter for his 04 grand am gt so he can install an aftermarket headunit and the module takes up 2 preamp outputs and i can only find headunits with 3 preamp outputs or can i connect the speaker's amp to the sub's amp on the subs amp output connection will that work?

The component sets need an amp really. They do make a coaxial version of the KS series. You can power them off of the head unit. Anything will sound better with an outboard amplifer though. BTW, you can use an RCA Y adapter if you need more RCA's. I don't completely know your situation with the car but I am sure it would work out.

if you plug it in the red side, 1 now becomes 2. = 2 outputs. ive never done it, but id imagine for 2 amps?

yea cuz the alpine headunit my bro is interested in has 3 sets of rca outputs for amps and stuff and the module that he needs to hook up the aftermarket headunit take up 2 sets and he needs one for his sub's amp and if he gets speakers i sugested to him he should get an amp but we need another set of rca outputs on the headunit but i saw someone hook there amp like using the input on the sub amp to the headunit and the other sub amp was connected to the output of the first amp will that work for the speaker's amp?
