Opinions on the a/d/s 245ix (5.25) components?

I've been running DEI 5.25 components in my car for about the last 7 years (the 2055s I think? the 3055s probably weren't even in production back then, right?). Absolutely love 'em, but the right woofer is blown and it's time for new ones.

I'm looking to spend no more than $150 for a new set, and the less $$ spent, the better. I came across the a/d/s 245ix's for $120 a set and was wondering how they stack up to a set like the DEIs. I seem to remember a/d/s speakers having a pretty good reputation and thought these might be a steal, given the site I may order them from says they retail for over $300.

I'm looking for the absolute best possible SQ, with some nice midbass and a smooth tweeter.

Also, I have an ESX q1204 for power, giving the speakers about 120w each.
