I know the 6.5 revs are good ones...but I cant find any without ordering off the web.
So are the ones at walmart OK? Just putting them in a boat.

Fine is OK with me
But are the Pioneer revs that much better?
Unless they will blow the ones at walmart away I will just get the Pioneer at walmart.
Id get the revs, they sound so much better at hi volumes compared to the regular pioneers.
I have some Pioneer 6.5s I'll sell you for $30.
Call differant shops in your area to see who sells the Revs, i think they are worth finding.
in a boat, you're only gonna hear the tweets anyways
no sense spending big money

I agree, IMO a boat is worse than a car, as far as background noise and imaging are concerned. Revs are nice, but the investment would be better put where they can be more appreciated.
Circuit City should have the REV's on display if you have one local. They are MUCH better than the standard blue poly pioneer's, but in a boat it probably won't matter.

I also agree your not really going to notice a diffrence in a boat
