You can make them fit, you just need to make baffles, be careful on the mounting depth though..

Same here, I was using a set of RE Components and have a set of Rainbows in there now, I just cut baffles for them.I used 6.5's... just cut the back plastic thing.. no biggie...

baffles are the mounting plates or for a simpler reference were the driver mounts to..doesn't matter what material it's made out of..it's still called the baffle....
I just took the 6.5's out of my door in my 96 accord..it's an easy fit
