    Speakers in the grille?

    in the bay area, people in oakland have speakers installed inside of the front grille of the car. they get their stuff done at local shops and i dont wanna go there with my nice car ... anyways i am wondering how i would go about doing this myself??

    I hope this isn't a serious post.....but, incase it is, please, for the love of god, don't do something as idiotic as installing speakers inside your front grill.

    I remeber wasnt there someone who installed a sub firing out of the car at the floor benieth the car so it would rumble the ground?

    that wasn't THAT bad... they were free air subs, and he had to space for an enclosure, it was inovative, but now he has two holes in his floor... lol

    The wisdom (or lack thereof) of installing speakers anywhere on the exterior of a vehicle where they will be exposed to exactly the elements that they need to avoid notwithstanding...

    Can someone explain to me the motivation for doing such a thing?
    Please no "because the ballers do it!!"...

    you should just replace your lites with some component sets. mids where the headlights where and tweets where the tiny foglamps in the bumper went.
