Infinity 62.7i vs. Pioneer REV TS-D161R
I'm in the market for new coaxials. I have the Infinity 6012si 6.5" right now:

But one is blown, so I have my stock speakers back in
I originally purchased the slim version of the Infinity's because Crutchfield told me that's what would fit. After taking apart my car I realize that if I just take out the plastic mounting bracket and screw directly into the sheet metal I shouldn't have to worry about mounting depth. I've ruled out components for now due to cost and mounting, so this is what I'm considering:
Step up the Infinity line to the two-way Kappa's:

Or try the Pioneer Rev 6.5":

I like strong, clear vocals, and HATE harsh highs. Which do you think will be better for me? (or recommend another kind <$100/pair).
I will be powering them with a Profile AP400 (65W x 2 @ 4 ohms, 100@ x 2 @ 2 ohms).

research the Cdt audio Cl6ex, i have had the kappa's and these cdt's sound better by far and have a silk tweeter for that smooooth sound. i have them in my rears and the sound quality is better then MB quart, infinity and the polks i have had
