What are the loudest 6x9 in the area of $50-$150? Searched but really couldn't find a clear answer. Would appreciate your opinions.

I saw a pair of Pioneer TS-D690R's for $140 on cbrstereo.com. I've never heard those particular speakers but ive heard the Pioneer TS-D680R's (6X8's) and they got pretty loud and sounded great.
the rev series is one of the best coaxials i have had. i had a set up front in my mustang, until i went to components. but i would easily take them over any other coaxial out right now. they sound great and get way loud.Originally Posted by bdavies11
I have a pair of the JBL T595 limited's for sale in the classified section. They are biampable and are braxial. they can handle 150watts rms as well as being very efficient (94db i believe) so you don't need a ton of power if you aren't amping them.
These sell for $300 on cardomain, mine are mint and I am in your price range
pm me if you're interested
THANK YOU! A place that has those speakers. GOod price tooOriginally Posted by bdavies11

I would also recommend the Pioneer REV series 6x9; I recently replaced my POS sony 6x9's with these and it is almost night and day as far as vocals are concerned. Not much bass, but I am runnin em off HU, and that's what my Sub is for anyways.
P.S.
I got mine off that Circuit City Ebay store for I think it was $38 and it works perfectly - although one does need to read their product decriptions because most of the stuff up for auction is broken.
