I am doing a DIY combo and none of the madison/parts express stuff really appeals to be since I am going to go dome surface mount in my a-pillar. I am looking at the CDT10, but don't know is FR. Does anyone have any suggestions for some car audio oriented tweeters for active setup. They need to be able to be crossed at 2.5k.

    Re: tweeter

LPG 25NFA if you want soft-dome:

Vifa D26 (used in the CDT ES 07 set):

    Max Fidelity Neo30:

    Dayton Reference Tweeter:

Seas has some good tweeters aswell.

All of those are good options.
