i am really interested in these speakers but what happened to the tweeters and crossovers?

can you tell me something about the history of these 6.5s? Powered by what?how long? broken in?" active ,passive? you original owner? 3rd 4th owner? no metalic sounds or coil scraping sound when pushing the cone downward?

About 10 years old...i'm the second owner....they were used in a 2nd place world champion SQ beetle.....ran on about 60 watts....no scraping...they are MINT!
