New, in box. This is my 2nd set, bought them to put in the rear doors of my Jetta, but are too big to fit in the stock location, so I am using some smaller 3/4" Eclipse tweets instead. Comes with the flush mount harware.

Pretty big, they are roughly 1 7/8" raw.
