Todd I spoke to you a couple time,I tried to call you but no reply.Most important please get someone to take pictures of the audio systems that are competing.Cool

What is you deal with wanting to know what people are running their cars???? if you want to know what is in every car you need to get you butt to a couple of these shows and talk to the owners of the cars and take your own pics.

If you are trying to compete what other people are running should not be a huge part of your research, unless they are running components your are look at and want there opinion. (in this case you can just ask most of them in a forum like this.

If you are wanting to know to know what you are running against? that should be the least of you concerns. get over wanting to know what everyone else is running concentrate on making what you are running sound the best it can.

I think they are working on getting a few more up north. at this point one is better than none. there will also be 2 shows in San Luis Obispo not sure how far of a drive that is but that is two more shows.

You should also contact the retailer holding the contest, for specifics regarding cutoff times to show up, etc. If you're considering the march contest in San Diego, La Jolla Audio has a website, I didn't see a mention of the show but there is a contact us link..... I haven't been to his shop in some years but I've known the owner Scott Cairncross since the mid 90's and he is probably the most stand up guy I've met in the industry, tho if he built a car this year lord help anyone going against it unless old age has him in a wheelchair or something. (as it **** near does me!) Man was a maniacal install robot back when I used to hang around there, never seen anything like it.
