Im just too tired. Been at the shop everyday all day workin on my van. Was there today for 13 hours. Has been over 40 hours in the last 4 days and will keep it up until the van will be done on Wednesday night hopefully.

Battery rack and alt bracket gets started tomorrow.

No. The doors are getting even worse.

With just the new door mock ups on (build of all 1/2" MDF) the doors were already sagging so much that it was bulging the fender when the door opens and closes. So when there is 60lbs of mids/highs and actual door pods on each door, and roughly 160db @ 30hz beating them fucking retarded, they are going to flat out fall off.

I dont even know how the thing will be driven anymore.

I dont like playing my van sealed up. It scares me. The **** side windows will blow out of the frames. It happened driving down the road. Stupid window blew off the track and I had to grab it before it completely fell out of the car.

Hopefully will be close to 160, if not maybe a little more. Was already doing a mid 157 with the batteries dropping to 10-10.5v and amps shutting off. Theres a couple other things that should boost score too.

And yes, VJ is gay. He fails at life, car audio, and everything else he attempts.

what about putting the speakers behind you on the front side of the wall? might not sound as nice but it will still be loud and it saves your doors?

I have driven one of those vans at work before. It seems like a little metal and a ton of space. Probably have to strategically brace at certain points throughout the van

There will be some on the wall eventually. Up to now, the only speakers I had were 2 Eminence 6s and 2 Powerbass coaxials in the trim pannels on the wall. All the speakers going in will be in the doors and center console, with the whole wall left open for more down the road. Right now each door will have 3 10s, 2 6s, and 3 tweeters. Wont have all the mids/highs in for Daytona, but still a good amount.

Other day I bought 8 Eminence Delta 10s, 8 Eminence Alpha 6s, and 16 Selenium ST350s. Will be running 5 amps on those for now. Down the road Ill probably add something like 12 Eminence Alpha 8s, 4 Eminence Delta 12s/15s, and like 8 more Selenium ST350s. Maybe out back run something like 8 Eminence Beta 8 coaxials with 8 of the Eminence APT tweeters in the Betas. Im lookin for some CRAZY highs. If I did all that, it would be a total of:

8 Delta 10s
8 Alpha 6s
24 Selenium ST350s
12 Alpha 8s
4 Delta 15s
8 Beta 8s
8 Eminence APTs

That would be 72 mids and highs.... But plans change a million times before they are actually put into motion. Also having no money doesnt help either.
