!!! Skar Audio Announces the VVXv2 Subwoofer Line !!!

Hey guys,

Something I have been hinting at in some of our YouTube video's and am finally ready to reveal is the all new Skar Audio VVXv2 Subwoofer series! This is a complete overhaul of the VVXv1 based upon modifications & input from our customers over the last 2 years!

The VVXv1 was and still is our hottest selling product, and is a great subwoofer - we just wanted to improve on an already great product as we are always striving for excellence here at Skar Audio! The VVXv1 will remain fully stocked until the VVXv2 arrives.

The VVXv2 has taken the better part of the last year to design/tool/tweak to reach the final prototype approved for production as we did last week. So without further ado, please check it out!

Stitched Surround & High Grade Foam Surround
Cone : Paper Cone with Normal Style Dust Cap
Triple Stack Ferrite Motor (160mm*20mm 3PCS)
10MM Top Plate
18MM Back Plate
2 Layer Spider
Completely Custom Basket Tooling (Patent Pending from Skar Audio)
*The production model will have black mesh in between the small gaps on the basket (similar to the silver mesh on the vvxv1 basket).

liked the cone on the v1 better, had its own look. now looks like every other 600rms driver.

So what has changed/improved, just to make it easy on us sub-tarded folks?

Looking back at the v1, this v2 has:
-The tooled basket
-Foam stitched surround vs the rubber surround
-bumped back plate and pole vents for better cooling

We did not work on the v.2 models, MA8, ZVX, or any of the other new items -- for reference.

Get em while their new.
