why are my new Skar amps scratched?

Are you guys saying I have $5,000 worth of used amps & subs? Actually, my 19 year old son bought this gear, I came here to get in contact with the company for him. My son worked very, very hard & saved up every penny he had for this gear. This was for his first serious build.

I do not like my children being taken advantage of. I will be booking a flight to Florida if this turns out to be true.

Just get some pictures of everything and get in communication with the company on here, or email, or phone. I think Kevin will sort this out if it's true.

Hello,

My name is Allen. I purchased 4 12" ZVX subwoofers 3 months ago & finally saved up enough for 2 of your SK-4500.1D amps. I received them today & upon unboxing them I noticed the mounting feet are scratched, terminals worn, & light scratches on the back of the casing. Do you guys physically test every single item or something? A little disappointed they seem used considering how hard it was to save so much coin for this expensive gear.

Now that I think of it, I remember 2 of the subs having worn mounting holes & scratches on the chrome motors when I unboxed them. I tried calling your CS # but whomever answered was a bit unprofessional. Basically called me a liar & hung up.

All the gear was purchaaed directly from Skar Audio so I am a bit confused.

This thread is spam. We have no such related sale to an Allen or for those items all to one customer. Nor did I get a phone call. Please post pictures of the items said to be damaged or a receipt from purchase?

I have a feeling we won't see either of these :p
