Great service from Skar!

I've ordered 4 Skar vvx8s over the past couple of weeks from Kevin. Everything has gone smooth. Kevin has worked with me and kept great communications throughout. I couldn't be happier with the service he has provided! Any questions I had, I PM'd him, and had an answer quickly.. I like skar. They are fun to design with.

Im seriously debating getting a pair of VVX 12's. I have been on the fence between those and some SA-12's, from what Ive heard and read there isn't a ton of difference between the two. I do like the design of the Skars better and like the fact that it is an inverted design. Plus the fact that they are "newer" makes it a little more intriguing. Im planning on running a SAZ 1500d V2 on them. Should be a nice setup hopefully.

Not the greatest pics. I snapped this with my phone real quick when I first got them. I'll have better pics when I start a build log soon.

from what I can see the build quality is pretty nice, at least the slugs in the motor seem to be lined up pretty closely.

yeah the build quality is pretty good. The slugs arent perfect, but not horrible either. Varies a little on each sub. You can see on the sub to the right the middle slug appears to be slightly smaller.

yeah I noticed it was slightly off but looked to be less then tc sounds subs I have seen.

Yeah, Ive seen worse. Its nothing to be concerned with. Theyre beefy little subs though. :) Should get my S10 pretty loud!
