Wow, great way to get a DQ from most comp's..... You can't run test tones or generators in music only classes, which 90% of the users on this forum are in (who actually compete!). Not only that, they already have some gay tone generator built into the iPod/iPhone(?)... I saw someone get stopped for using one.

Not sure what comps you can use this in, but you can't in any of my competitions, or in Db Drags, TNESPL or USACi. Since this was posted in the NorthEast section it pretty much makes this cool new app pointless for competitors in the Northeast.

i would love to hit the "boom" button at random while my chick is driving. scare the bajeezis outta that ho

Have to say great app man, everybody saying (oh it's a waste of money blah blah blah) they could use it to adjust everything, get a true RMS, or just to have fun with. Lol I have to say I love it, a lot cheaper than buying an tone gen. for loads of cash. Keep up the great work man.
I'm going to pick this up for my iPod. You should allow us to attenuate the tones to different levels and also have it go higher than 75 Hz. That way we can use it for setting gains on amplifiers without having to burn a test tone CD. Maybe have it go from the 10 Hz that it starts at to about 10 kHz (for those of us with active setups) with attenuations at 0 dB, -3 dB, -6 dB, -9 dB, and -12 dB. That would be a perfect application then. Regardless, I'm going to buy it, I'm just throwing out some suggestions for future updates.

Its a cool idea but if you did a little research you would have seen that every organization has all these test tones and sweeps for free at the shows. Also you can download them for free and put them on your I-Pod. Anyone who competes already has them and anyone who doesnt, shouldnt be playing with them in the first place lol. Wonder how many idiots will be trying out a 20 hz tone and watching their subs go up in smoke lol

My system:
Sounds good.
Great ideas, i've already started putting these features into the update. It will be up soon.
What i'll probably do is create a tabbed view so you can switch from steady tone to sweeping tone (user desired range) and then third tab be users specific tone (0-20k).
