    Re: Greetings from CherryMan Customs

Most of my carved enclosures cost 250.00 most carved windowed lighted enclosures are 450.00. This enclosure was 575.00 and includes 2 different sets of dynamic Led's. One for the basketball court and one for the sub glass windows. I never use plexiglass its weak Lexan is 10 times stronger than plex and will not crack or stress. See the build video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1yA28A9byM many more of my builds on my youtube channel. Thanks

    Re: Greetings from CherryMan Customs

Yes Ive used birch many times when customers request it, but it chips and over time the edges start to peel/separate, it sands unevenly due to the ply base but the main reason I personally dont use it you cant carve into the material since its a ply. Re: Greetings from CherryMan Customs

The key is keep large sizes supported small sizes hold up just fine always use fasteners 1" to 1.5" apart and don't drill near the edge. General rule I use hole must be at least a inch away from the edge. The double walled Birch box build customer requested .5 lexan and a 12" x 6" piece was 60.00 at my cost.

    Gorgeous work!

We could always use another builder here; there aren't too many active.

    My Setup:
    • Head Unit: Kenwood KDC-BT555U
    • Speakers: 4 Kenwood KFC-P709PS components on a Rockford Fosgate Punch P400.4, ~70W RMS @ 4Ω to each
    • Subwoofers: 2 Rockford Fosgate Punch HE2 12"s in a custom 2.5ft³ sealed enclosure on a JBL BPX500.1, ~750W RMS @ 4Ω to the pair
