Welcome!! There is a lot of information here and I hope to help you out one day! I also have family up where you are at, they own the exotic bird refuge (Parrot Mountain and Gardens) in Pigeon Forge. I love that area too, I took my old lady up there a couple years ago and banged the hell out of her on all the go cart tracks, and had a son 9 months late and increased my food stamps exponentially! I think in economics that would constitute a fiduciary arrangement. Also Welcome again!!!
