im jr. ive been messing around with car audio since i was about 13. setting up a 2006 trailblazer that i inherited from my father. RIP dad. going with 2 jl 13w7's and 2 jl 1000/1 amps. will be doing mids in highs in future. i know nobody on here likes jl but i do. have had American bass, sundown, and about every other brand and im just a big fan of jl. nice to meet you guys.

I ran a single W7 and 1000/1v2 in my last build. Loved it.

i have 1 13w7 and one 1000/1 amp now but looking to double up. just got them and need to work on it still.

yea i know how it is. opinions are like assholes everyone has one and they all stink lol!
I use to run 12w6's for the price I paid never again that's what turns me off to them.
yea i would have to agree that they are overpriced. i personally would not buy them new. i just paid 450 for a 13w7 and a 1000/1v1 amp
