Hey Aaron, welcome to the other side of the pond! Nice to see someone with a bit of taste in woofer selection as well. While you'll likely have trouble finding a function 15" trf, you'll have a bit more luck finding their motors for sale around here, and on caraudioclassifieds.com
once you acquire a motor, you can have someone build a woofer off of it to your specifications; we have several members and companies on here that could do that for you.
