    WTB: Sony MDR-XB700

    Old pair gone. Would like another, on the cheap side, as these have gone waaay up from since I bought mine ($79 to $200). Thanks

    Yes, truly amazing headphones. Its a shame Sony no longer makes'em. First two are fake (cable brace should be grooved), and I emailed the third guy, as he is local. Thanks for the links, though!

    Sorry. I have the xb500s. My brother has the xb700s.

    I just used search tempest to find them. It searches craigslist and ebay.


    Well. They make new models of them....but they are on ear and no longer around ear.

    Nah, still no word on that guy. I think 2-3 years ago you could still find them pretty easily for that price, now? Not so much.

    It is so dumb. It's the same with old amps that people now realize were good. Like crunch gp3ks. I was searching for them on Craigslist and the few people who had them were asking $450....ridiculous if you ask me.
