Will come with the latest iPod iOS v4.2.1 on it. Completely wiped clean.
Good condition. Has the usual scratches on the back and a small dent. I purchased it this way. It has no effect on the functioning. The power/lock button works sometimes when it wants to. I never had to worry about it. Its been hooked up in my car to my 9887 for most of its life.
Comes with a smoked TPU case on it.
