Yup, my bad.
I googled how to tell which generation iPod touch I have, and found a couple sites showing how to tell.
This is a third generation iPod Touch, not fourth.
My mistake, the person I got it from told me it was fourth gen, I don't know much about em, didn't really mess with it too much, just used it to play Pandora through my video game chair while I was gaming.

I guess I'll go $165, I checked craigslist and ebay, 3rd gen 32gb touches are going for $175-200, so I think $165 shipped? Open to trades as well.
