Because they can really screw up selling you a cable.

well if they can screw up something as easy as a car audio install then they could probably very easily overcharge you for a cable. has happend to me myself.....

First, if you don't mind I would like to know why do you want to plug your xbox to your PC, back up data? networking?

Re: WTB USB to USB cable

I might be wrong, but as far as I know those USB ports on your xbox are inputs, I mean they are for keyboard, headset or any other devices, I don't think they work to transfer files from your PC are they are not meant for that, but like I said I don't have an xbox and I might be wrong.

Ethernet cable is a way to create a point to point access, this way is possible from your pc to detect your xbox as a storage media or maybe a workstation which means you probably could access the harddrive and just copy files to there.

One more option is try to use a Thumb drive, USB memory stick or whatever you wanna call it, if xbox "see" this device it might be easier this way, what about card reader?
    http://www.shop.com/Compact_Multi_Ca...p!.shtml?trk=2
you could load files to your memory card and then load the files on your xbox...

I'm just thinking some options for you man, I don't know if they work for you
