Unfortunately, no.
This remote uses a 4 conductor plug (RJ-9?) the 4kw's and 'newer' amps use a 6-pin connection (RJ-25?).

Have you tried contacting Memphis?
They don't have parts in-house - but they can check with their service center and see if they have some extras...
