I plan on having 3 amps in my set up, 1 for side doors, 1 for back speakers, and one for my subs. Would it be worth it, or even have a point to have a equalizer for each separate amp or no?

Waaayyy too many variables here. What amps? What headunit?

that would mean 3 eq's...dont need that many...get one that splits it off....front/rear/sub.
No. Whether graphic or parametric, EQs are meant to be used on the full bandwidth before filtering and crossovers.
Separate EQs start to make sense for individual left/right adjustment, though.
I was wondering because one amp will be powering my side door componets, another 2 back 6x9s and the 3rd amp is powering my subs. I was curious about it because I was wondering if it's worth it so I could fine tune each type of speaker. The equalizer id get is a 7 band clarion

those clarions are cheap and work nice..
With that EQ, and most others, what you adjust will be for all speakers. You'd need separate EQs to do what you're after or a different EQ all together that can handle the way you want to run it. I use an AudioControl DQS. Which would do what you're after, minus the xover, in that case the DQXS.

I have some stuff if you wanna trade. Not really understanding what It is your selling though?
Things to look forward to:
(2) 10" or 12" imperium audio designs subs
set of PHD MF 6.5" comps
Completely seal off and deaden my doors
aquire a 2k amp
aquire a 2 channel amp for front stage
what head unit do you have
2005 Chevy Impala
In dash - Pioneer avh-p3200
Front - Alpine spr-17s 6.5
Rear - Alpine spr-69 6x9
Amps - Hifonics bxi2610, jl audio 300/4
Subs - 2 15" Incriminator Audio Death Row
box- 8 cu ft net tuned to 32-33 hz

not really necessary for 3, but separate front and rear crossover makes sense since the speakers are vastly different and will sound different.
an Audio Control EQL would be great for the front and sub, then a separate EQ for the rears. that wouldn't be a dumb idea. the 7 band Clarion are ok. An Alpine ERA-G180 would be a better option overall.
have you been helped by me? i'd love to know. shoot me a PM.

stereohead69 thanked for this post

if you can get an eq with front/rear/sub outputs....get that.
otherwise do what I do and run the front/rear off the eq and the sub off the head unit sub outputs. i do it this way so that I can keep the subbass freqs on my mids and highs turned down to where I like (along with xovers) without it effecting my subwoofer's signal...and vice versa.
