American electronics in Johnston
, I personally like some of the employee's there.. however I met these guys through friends of mine. They actually know something or two, will let ya demo some **** all you want and hook it up pretty cheap. But as a whole I am very disappointed in that store. When you buy an extended warranty, how many places make u pay for a new warranty everytime something blows? Also I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER, I know you shouldn't say never, but I will NEVER bring my car there nor ask their installers a single question. In the winter I had them install an amp and sub... which was brand new and magically, the sub got blown??
2 of the installers didnt even know what an SSF was. And to top it off I know a kid who had an amp installed there with a capacitor. They didn't bother to hook up a remote to the capacitor. When he asked why it wasn't hooked up the installer responded, "Oh, that's what that is for?" (say what you want about caps lol) but I mean fok they sell the dam things.

You should always go to a custom shop that cares about the work they do.
When you go to the big store like american all they have is kids working.
