hey yall. i just bout these speakers. the problem is, the cabinets i'm using have the holes literally 1mm 2 small. i've been trying to grind the holes away (and will still do that) but i see they they are shielded. how the hell do i take that black motor cover off? if i got that off, i wouldn't need to grind as much. any suggestions? thanx!

nope, its wood. has this cheap plasit veneer on it. my dremel ***** balls though, its like 2k rpm. any other ideas on how to get it going?Originally Posted by Jack Frost

Sand it by hand...2mm is nothing.

k, i'll go by lowes or home depot and get some heavy ssand paper.

k i sanded one, but the dremel batt died so i have 3 hrs to wait.
