hooking up home crossovers (n00b question)

    http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=260-142

i just bought these. i'm wondering on how to hook em up. i take it u run speaker wire from the woofer and the mid/tweet (woofer to the W hooks, mid to the T hooks) and from the in hooks, that goes to the binding posts. is this right? thanks!

Mids to the Woofer input, Tweeter to the "T" input. To use that xover, you should only have a two-way setup (midwoofer and tweeter per side)....what you described (woofer, mid and tweeter) is a three-way system and not suitable for that particular xover.

Also, make sure you are using the proper impedence drivers.

no, what i meant is that i have an 8" woofer and a 3.5" mid. so, i was wondering if i went from the woofer to the W input and the mid to the T input. sry if i confused u. and yes, all speakers are 8 ohm.

2500hz sounds kinda high for an 8" to be playing.....but yeah, that will work.
