Man cave for movies/music? or just Music?

Harman Kardon HK 3390 Stereo Receiver $213 new

    Onkyo TX-NR509 5.1 HT Receiver $200 used
    http://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-TX-NR509..._mw_14269301_4

With that kind of budget, your best bet is to buy used. Also if you need a sub for that man cave, let me know.

I like Onkyo. The TX-SR603X is in your budget used, and a nice receiver (if you don't need HDMI switching). I would stick with 600 series or 700 series when looking used. Great value and features.

I also like Marantz and Denon but in general, Oknyo has better features for the same price point.

have you been helped by me? i'd love to know. shoot me a PM.
