    Rack type amplifier recommendations...

I need a little assistance regarding decent Rack style amplifiers for home use that will push anywhere between 1200-2000rms (so 600-1000rms a channel) for a decent price. Any help will be grateful as to i have really no idea what companies put out rated power in the home audio dpt. Thanks...

Look for used Crown or Hafler amps.

Maybe even Carver, though Im not sure they will output that many watts.

I'd give QSC Powerlight ones a look, too.

Ive been using a QSC GX3 for my Cerwin Vega AT-15s and so far its been great, even when playing for hours at a time at a fairly high volume at some of my parties. The GX5 does 700rms at 4 ohm per channel.

I paid $300 for mine from Guitar Center btw.
