Fix RROD?

My 360 gives me an RROD after playing it sometimes for 10 minutes, sometimes for an hour. It has the two lights that light up, not three. Is there a good way to repair this or do we have a member who who repairs such a thing? I wanna be able to play video games again, they waste my time so I don't buy expensive audio stuff.
